Bali Kintamani Kopyol x Lini-S Natural Whole Beans

These Balinese beans are a blend of two varietals from Kintamani.

Kopyol : The Indonesian version of Tim Tim, a naturally occurring Arabica - Robusta hybrid found on the forest floor in Timor.

Lini-S : The Indonesia version of Selection 288, another naturally occurring Arabica - Liberia hybrid from the Western Ghats in India.

This is one of the most genetically diverse cups of coffee you might ever have.
